The day started with Sophie's preparations in the West End of Edinburgh, where she and her bridesmaids were getting ready for the big day.  With a bit of Tiktoking thrown in :)

The wedding ceremony took place at Barnbougle Castle, which provided a stunning backdrop for the occasion. During the ceremony, Sophie's grandad read a beautiful self-written poem that he had composed especially for the couple. The poem was a touching and funny tribute to the couple's love and commitment to each other.

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a stunning photo shoot on the beach at Barnbougle.  This was loads of fun which you can see from the vid.

The reception took place in the stunning banqueting hall at Barnbougle Castle, where there was a great set of speeches from the couple's loved ones. The speeches were heartfelt, funny, and touching, and they perfectly captured the joy and happiness that was present throughout the day.

Sophie and Ryan's wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to each other.

Victoria and Ali tied the knot on a beautiful summer day in St Andrews, surrounded by their family and friends. Their wedding ceremony was held at Kinkell Byre, a stunning rustic venue that provided the perfect backdrop for their special day.

Ali and his groomsmen arrived in style in a stretch limo with Victoria and her bridesmaids arriving shortly after in a vintage car, which added a touch of elegance to the proceedings.

The couple exchanged heartfelt vows, and there were plenty of tears and laughter from their loved ones. It's clear that Victoria and Ali are deeply in love and committed to each other, and this was reflected in the lovely words spoken during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a lovely summer day at Kinkell Byre. Beautiful surroundings, including the picturesque countryside and the stunning rustic architecture of the venue made for an awesome couples shoot.  Perfect.

Delighted to be able to share my latest teaser trailer with you all courtesy of Chrissie and Niall. Lovely to be back at Carlowrie Castle and a fitting setting for a fab wedding day.

Luckily the weather played ball after a week of snow, rain and general chaos. It’s a fab venue to get the drone up for so I was delighted that the conditions were spot on.

Some absolutely lovely words on the day during both the ceremony and speeches (which you can hear on the vid). Congrats o Chrissie and Niall, it was a pleasure to be there.

Nadine and Dan

Absolutely magic day spent with Nadine and Dan and my first visit to Cairns Farm Estate. Top class venue in a lovely setting and so well thought out. Brilliantly run by Hickory.

So many lovely moments here that I'll let you check them out yourselves. The full edit is taking shape and looking mint.

Time for another teaser.

Here’s a wee look into Seonaid and Jamie’s cracking day at the rather awesome The Barn at Harburn Very cool DIY style venue. The team at Food Creations put on a great spread and were awesome at helping the day run smoothly. Seonaid and the girls got ready at the on site cottage….basically the dream for a videographer haha. I’ll hopefully be able to feature the full highlights here as Seonaid and Jamie’s personal vows were really something else. I’ve started off the vid with some really wonderful words from Seonaid’s mum though.



Special mention to Jenniflower Photography on photo duty. Was so lovely to catch up again after such a long time.

Another teaser! A wee glimpse into Emma and Andrew’s big day from @doubletreedunblane . Just had a really lovely time on this one. From the fun morning preps to the wonderful ceremony and a great set of speeches. As a lapsed petrolhead, it was a treat to see the array of cars that took Andrew and co to the venue. My favourite was the Abarth spider (I used to have the little Abarth 500). Great day! As always, a pleasure to be working alongside Dom from @dukescotland

Time for another teaser! Fab day spent with Leanne and Michael in the blazing Dornoch sunshine (it's always like that, honest). I'm pretty sure this is the furthest north I've travelled for a wedding and what a treat to discover Embo House for the first time. It's actually a holiday house, well more sort of a holiday mansion. Set in wonderful grounds and with nearby beaches it's a gift of a place to film at.

Leanne and Michael did absolutely brilliantly to turn the grounds into a wedding venue bringing in a tent style marquee and transforming the lawn into a lovely outdoor ceremony space.

Time to share another little teaser this time from Lauren and Kate's fab day at The Barn at Harburn Weddings. Stunning location deserving of two stunning brides. Been a little while since I have filmed at Harburn and it really is a stunning location. The accommodation for the preps section of the day is just awesome as well.

It’s a fab location for some drone work as well as you can see. Ceilidh for the first dance.....sign me up . Thanks so much for having me along on your big day.

Time for a teaser! Absolutely beautiful day at the fabuous Dunglass Estate. My first visit there for a wedding, wow, what a place and a fitting venue for the awesome Carol and David. Treated to a great ceremony led by Brian from Greyfriars Parish Church, Lanark. They also set up the livestream....handy

We took the opportunity to make the best of the weather with a little trip down to the beach to grab some shots after the ceremony and lovely to be working alongside Camerashy Photography.

To top it all off, Carol and David gave me such a generous gift on the day. I'll be pouring myself a dram in due course.

Almost time for wedding season this year so stopping by to share some of last years great days before I get too caught up. Delighted to be able to share Heather and Paddy's teaser trailer for their big day. My first visit to Barnbougle Castle and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to return next year!
